“The doors are closed” doesn’t mean that the business has closed down or there is no work, far from it. In fact it is quite the opposite!
The outside doors are finally finished, and hung, so as we walked away from the building this afternoon we could finally close the doors. This means that the inside is now secure from the majority of intruders though I have caught a lizard inside more than once and even though I take it outside it always seems to find its way back in! However, I’m not surprised as some versions of Proverbs 30:28 say “The lizard you may grasp with the hands, Yet it is in kings’ palaces.” (NASB). So, if it can even be found in such a place as a king’s palace then what can I do to get rid of it out of a simple radio station!
The doors look nice with their new hardware and will really stand out when the rest of the place is “up to snuff” (finished and neatly painted), I can’t wait to see it done!
Now that the doors are on and the inside is secure from most prying hands, we can set to work on getting the inside ready – first up painting the primer!!!
